What if my pet needs to be seen today?
We fit in same-day emergencies whenever we can during business hours, Monday through Friday from 7 am to 5 pm. Please call us at (830) 249-2141 before coming in.
After hours, we refer to Hill Country Animal Emergency Hospital, Mission Emergency Clinic, BluePearl Pet Emergency (Stone Oak), and Family Pet Hospital of Stone Oak for exotics.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods and CareCredit. Credit card payments carry a 3% processing fee (this does not apply to debit, cash or checks), and check payments are limited to $400.
Do you accept pet insurance?
Yes. You pay at the time of your visit and submit the claim to your insurance company, which reimburses you. Many of our clients use Trupanion and other plans.
Where are you located?
We are at 921 N Main St, Boerne, TX 78006, next door to Bumdoodlers. Our building was originally the Boerne Locker Plant & Market and has been a veterinary clinic since 1977.
